I. Company Profile:
Domestic electronic universal testing machines began in the early 1990s. Our company was among the first to introduce foreign technology and develop universal testing machines for wood-based panels. To enhance the technical level of our products, we have successively adopted advanced technologies from Japan's Shimadzu Corporation, Germany's DOLI, and the United States' MTS, elevating our product technology to a new level. II. Testing Standards Supported by the Machine:
GB/T16491-1996 "Electronic Universal Testing Machines," GB17657-1999 "Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Wood-Based Panels and Surface-Decorated Wood-Based Panels," GB2611-92 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines," GB/T16825-1997 "Verification of Tensile Testing Machines," and requirements from GB/T528-1998, as well as data processing for various standards including GB, ISO, ASTM, and DIN. Additional standards and requirements provided by users can also be incorporated. This testing machine primarily conducts tests such as internal bond strength, surface bond strength, surface glue strength, tensile strength, static bending strength, elastic modulus, and screw holding force for wood-based panels and surface-decorated wood-based panels. It features test speed setting, test force value display, and maximum test force value display. It also includes functions such as limit protection and overload protection.

1. Host Machine
1.1 The host machine adopts a high-rigidity door-type frame structure, offering high strength and minimal deformation.
1.2 Equipped with imported high-precision ball screws for efficient and smooth transmission.
1.3 The transmission system uses arc-toothed synchronous belts, ensuring bidirectional zero-backlash operation.
1.4 Utilizes AC servo motors and drive systems to ensure stable transmission and consistent torque, with protection features against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload. Speed ratio can reach 1:100,000.
1.5 Specially designed fixtures provide secure clamping, easy operation, and no jaw slippage.
1.6 Special processes ensure the testing machine's coaxiality, effectively eliminating the impact of irregular specimens on the sensor.
2. Control System
The STC300 fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system features numerous advanced characteristics and technological innovations, primarily reflected in:
2.1 Achieves four types of closed-loop control: test force, specimen deformation, crosshead displacement, and test process.
2.2 The data acquisition system consists of 4 high-precision 24-bit A/D conversion channels, with a maximum resolution of 1/300,000 and no grading across the full range.
2.3 Uses original branded integrated components from BB, AD, Xilinx, etc., with fully digital design.
2.4 Complies with PCI bus standards, allowing automatic recognition and installation by computers for "plug-and-play" testing.
2.5 The electronic measurement system lacks analog components such as potentiometers, ensuring interchangeability and facilitating maintenance and replacement.
